Refunds & Return Policy
Overview of our Refund Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your first scheduled Dreaming Room Session. You may cancel by emailing support@thenewdreamingroom. If you have to cancel and do so within three days of your first session, we can offer a full refund. After that cancellation deadline, WE CAN NOT offer you a refund but you may use these credits towards any future sessions. We must receive your email during regular operating business hours of Mon – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST. Receiving the notice on Saturdays or Sundays will be considered the following Monday as the first day of receipt. We have a strict refund policy and will abide by the above. No special requests will be considered
Once your refund request is received (see above), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not met the criteria for a refund you will receive an email explaining why & how to use your credit for future use.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Credits Towards Future Sessions
You may only use your credit towards a Dreaming Room Session. No exchange for items, other services offered by Michael E. Geber Companies or its subsidiaries will be made.
